THE BUSH’S OTHER SURPRISES

06/03/2011

Going on safari with KCS is an unforgettable adventure.

But it is not only the “glamorous” creatures and events that make the experience so special.

A regiment of ostrich goose-stepping across the plains, a pair of lappet faced vultures roosting on an acacia, a snake eagle devouring a zebra snake at a waterhole, the silhouette of an oryx on a ridge against a setting sun, the inquisitive eyes of a child peeping through a fence or women walking through yellow grass plains balancing bundles of firewood on their heads all burn themselves indelibly into the mind and fuel the yearning to keep on returning to this wonderful place.
